Jade Tiger Abalone® is the only Australian abalone producer which can offer Live, Frozen and Canned abalone which is processed by our own staff on our own sites. This gives us full quality control and traceability for all our abalone products. Our state-of-the-art processing building includes: our own modern can processing facility completed in 2020; as well as modern brine freezing and live holding facilities. All our processing is completed with the highest degrees of food safety to ensure our customers only receive pristine, high quality products.
Jade Tiger Abalone® operates three sustainable aquaculture sites across Victoria and Tasmania. Located in the coolest parts of Southern Australia, together they produce 400MT of abalone per year. Our sites include Australia’s largest single site abalone farm. Located at Indented Head in Victoria, it was the first abalone aquaculture site in the world to achieve ASC certification. Additional sites are located at Avalon in Victoria and Dunalley in Tasmania.
