DELIVERY CHARGE
- Our shipping cost is free for all orders above $150 Australia-wide.
- Shipping to Tasmania is not available.
DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS
- We endeavour to process orders placed before 12 noon AEST within 1-2 business days. Depending on the location, the delivery time will vary from 3 to 14 business days for Australian orders.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, we will deliver your products to the address indicated in your order confirmation.
- A tracking number will be provided once the item is posted.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the freight company to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, a replacement will not be dispatched immediately but only when we have concluded if and why the order is missing. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, the customer agrees that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
